The planetary cam motor has a non-circular gear 2 of the fixed engagement mounted on the shaft 1 and encircling the concentric non-circular gear 3 of the internal gear mounted. Gear 2 has three protrusions 4 on the outer surface, and gear 3 has four depressions 5 on the inner surface alternating with convex sections 6. Half of the arc length of the convex section 6 of non-circular internal gear 3 is limited by a central angle of 7-8 °, and the ratio of length the convex section 6 to the arc length of the trough 5 of gear 3 is 1/6 - 1/7. With the gears of the outer 2 and inner 3 engagement, seven satellites 7 are permanently engaged, which form the working chambers 8.
